My special day is drawing to a close!! D= Ah well I'll have another in 365 days....now for a recap of this week!

Monday
Went to school to chong my Arranging assignment. Finished all the notating and stuff. Decided to try and not to be clever and deep and emo and instead did a really perky version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Hmm maybe that hints towards my personal style...? Stressed over POD

Tuesday
Started on MUMI. Had been seriously ignoring it since I got the assignment. Don't know why, but after hearing all the rules we have to follow in lecture: calculate the bpm of the clip, divide the clip into sections, have a ghost track, change groove all adds up into one big mathematical nightmare that makes me want to just run away. Guess everyone's methods are different >< Wednesday
I've started to realise how much less stressed I am when I hand in stuff on time. Cos I'm sick of chonging writeups and burning CDs and finding that the CD wasn't actually burned and finding my printer's broken or you're supposed to have an envelope instead of a file. Hand it up early and get it out of your life as soon as possible.

Thursday
Lots of stressing over POD today! But that didn't stop me going for a mahjong session with Shell and her mum and Granny. Found the lucky spot of Granny's house after Shell won like 6x in a row. And once I swapped places I got a winning hand (will post pics once I find my micro SD adapter). Hohoho. And got my birthday pres from Shell! I can add it to my growing collection of small cute cuddly stuffed toys that have absolutely no function whatsoever. Must take a group photo of my cute useless toys one day!
Friday
POD DAY OMG!!! Was so stressed that I'd bought myself a bread stress ball last Friday at Vivocity (had gone there to watch the Mummy: China Edition). Spent most of the time before me squeezing the fluff out of it....until the people behind saw and starting playing with it. By my turn I could see my Bready flying around the back of the lecture theatre....kinda funny when juxtaposed against the lecturers' Q&As. I didn't die too badly, I guess. There was some laughing but not enough of it to die of humiliation. Phew. So now I'm free! FREEEEEE~!!!!!

Saturday
Today was the Summer Festival at the Japan primary school. So fast the year has gone, I can still remember most of what happened when we went last year... but this time we were more kiasu and went super early so we could chope food and yukatas. Managed to get the good food this time, which were the bentos and udon and candy. But I think the caterers also prepared more food, cos there was still lots left for like 2 or 3 more rounds. Not that we got to eat that much cos they tied it damn tight =x

Trying to be extra and doing 5 while everyone else does 2. I love my purple yukata it's such a pretty colour!

Haha we spent so much time fighting this stupid candy apple. And in the end it beat 2 of us cos we couldn't finish it. In the end

Candy apple: 1
Us: 0

The evil candy apple rears it's shiny head....

Got a little flower painting. Now, when I wear my watch my arms look symmetrical!
