....Now, if only I knew how to start those online brawls. The only opponent I have is Ben, and I'm sick of him.
My POD presentation is this Friday, I'm hoping it goes ok...... Have yet to print out all the documents. I should do it now, while I'm more calm, not Thursday night when I'll be running around over something I've forgotten.
I feeel soooooo lazyyyyy. Can't bring myself to start any assignments. Keep thinking "relax, it's only due next year" and then suddenly realise "...wait. Isn't that less than 2 months?!"
1. Arranging assignments - Urgh..... I'm not sure how much we're supposed to have learned from the previous classes about all the music styles. So far we've only spent 2 lessons per genre, then it's off to something new. It feels a bit rushed =( And for assignment we have to arrange one song....I don't feel confident enough to do any big band or latin stuff....probably gonna end up doing the pop ballad.....I wish I had more timeeeee!!!!!
2. MUMI - The bomberman assignment looks pretty fun, actually. Got some fun ideas what to do with it. It's the group project I'm a bit wary of. I don't think I'm going to do well for that assignment.
Of course, I'd have pleeeeeeeenty more time if I'd stop blogging or playing Pet Society on facebook. It's just really fun to play. And all the cute little animals in all their vector glory.
I'm going through an ok time. Just trying to stay away from stuff who makes me upset or annoyed.
I got an A for my REMT assignment!! I'm soooo happy. I've wanted to get an A for it since forever cos it looks nicer than a B. Even if it has a + sign. It shows I'm not completely hopeless!!! Wheee~
Got a B+ for my 1st POD work. Which was better than I expected. At the presentation I got sort of shot: lousy score, funny song structure, trying to be too complex....what can I say? I'm the Queen of Convolutedness. If it's not complicated, IT ISN'T NICE!!!!!!! True art must be incomprehensible!!!!!
......But I really would like to change that. Cos I think there's a point where it stops being elaborate and just starts getting pretentious. To think people go to all this trouble just to get something that sounds nice.
That's all you really need, right? Lalala.....
