I thought 3 hours wouldn't be enough. But somehow, it all got finished. Even the drum session yesterday went smoothly. Before it took us over an hour just to prepare everything and for the sessionists to get warmed up, but we did it in 45 minutes. And today, I thought I wouldn't be able to finish, since there were 2 big ones to do: bass and e guitar. Did both of em with half an hour to spare.

Maybe it was cheating a bit, since I felt a bit intimidated by the guys' studio-knowlege, and so I just sat at the computer and let them set everything up. Still, things are going pretty well....

Oh dear, I just jinxed it, didn't I? Whenever I start getting pleased with myself something inevitably screws up. Yesterday, right as I was about to save, the computer exited the programme, deleting my project and everything in it. I screamed a very bad word and was all ready to sink into emo-depression....till MP told me to check the Backups folder. Oh.

But it's creepy that it just chose to quit JUST as I'd gotten it down and said "Ok, we're done." Computers seem to hate me this year.

Feeling pretty accomplished now. I suppose I can't feel happy unless I'm being stressed over something. Assignment is starting to sound fun, it'll be even more fun when I get the next part down...

No more horror animes for me. Only got 4 hours of sleep last night after watching the scariest episode of the season. At school, what's more. Yes, I'm a chicken. MP laughed at me, but that's easy for her since she wasn't wearing the headphones and didn't hear the *squish* *squish* *squish* RAAAAAR

With the zombie guy's face filling up the screen as well. I could tell it was coming, but having it suddenly pop up was really creepy.

All this stress isn't good for my head. Had to get up super early today and stake out Comtech like the desperado I was just to get a studio booking. We have only a month left to get our assignment done. No time for rewrites, this is definitely what I'll have to hand in. Dammit

I think I'm getting sick. Darn you, MP, can't you keep your cold to yourself @_@ Or maybe it's the late night I had yesterday. Went wandering around town with Shell and Jas looking for a taxi. About 10 empty ones drove right past us, even when we were waving like a bunch of idiots.

Didn't get much work done at school, but I have managed to lasso 2 of my sessionalists into coming in next week. This assignment is turning out to be more of a test of "Out-run, Out-sign, and Out-chope" where the studios are concerned.

Getting a headache at all the stuff I'll have to start doing next week on. And how do I cope? By playing computer games, of course V_V

Play! was great. Listening to all that really nice music helps all the stress go away and reminds me what I'm shooting for. They started with the Mario Theme, and had a cute montage of all the games on the screen, from Gameboy to Gamecube. Right after that they went into Sonic. I used to love that game a lot, even though I kept on dying at the really easy parts. Then they went on to lots of PS titles that I've never heard of but still enjoyed a lot. They played Kingdom Hearts as well, and that was if for the number of recognizable pieces in the first half.

After the intermission we were treated to Warcraft (looks fun), HALO (pretty!), Castlevania (fight scenes wow!) and Zeelldaaaa. Went into happy fangirl heaven for those 10 minutes. Though the video could have done with more recent material (where is Twilight Princess????). And to end off the night they did the really famous song that even non-PS-ers have heard of: One-Winged Angel. It's fun to listen to, and the instrumental bit is killer:D Pity they didn't have a video monage, it would have been really effective, especially with all the stuff Advent Children that happens. Though, if they'd done that every girl in the audience would be looking at the screen instead of the orchestra.

So much fun. I want to join the orchestra too!!! DD:

Next time they come to Singapore I want to go again. Till then, just have to content myself with listening while playing.

Oh yeah, and Dad is buying himself a Playstation (he wants a driving game) and you know what Playstations mean! FINAL FANTASY!!! B00Y4H!! 8D

Some neutral [people] commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. They are of the true neutral alignment as described in Advanced Dungeons & Dragons.

A true neutral [person] sees good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. He advocates the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run.

Some true neutral [people] actively support balance in the world, and seek to avoid having any one side, law or chaos, good or evil, become too powerful over them or anyone else, and will work against whichever side is the most powerful. They tend to side with the underdog in any situation, and are often opportunistic in their actions.

True neutral is committed to the avoidance of extremes, and is non-judgemental.

Term's over. No more stress, no more exams, no more presentations....for about 2 weeks. Then it's back to panic mode. I've been lazing around the past 3 days, sleeping the whole day (sorry for daoing people on msn:P), eating junk food and kicking Ben's ass in Super Smash Bros. Dammit, Friday could have gone a lot better. That, definitely was not how I normally do stuff, and it's still pissing me off how my off-day chose to fall just then. I think I'll pass but I know that I can kiss my distinction goodbye.

But life goes on, and there are plenty of fun things to do now that school's closed. PLAY!! is this Friday, and I'm geekily looking forward to that. Going out with Char on Thursday to have another fun movie-arcade-animemarathon outing; and shooting my assignment with MP on Friday. Which is going to be LOTS of fun, I tell ya. >:D

I think I've been trying to work too hard during school, cos now that there's nothing I feel all twitchy. Must....get.....homework....done!!!>.<

Today's the day. Have not had any heart attacks yet, but I'm sure they'll get here soon. Just 2 hours.....

Then it'll be over and there'll be lots of fun things to do... Must. Not. Panic.
